Installation Instructions

1. Unzip and upload all files in linkbase11.zip via FTP.
2. CHMOD admin/config.php to "666".
3. Via your web browser, visit /admin/install.php.
4. Follow the instructions.
5. CHMOD admin/config.php to "444".
6. Remove install.php, install1.php, install2.php and install3.php(admin folder).
7. Edit admin/option.php - (Meta Name).

what do you mean CHMOD admin/config.php its empty
