OK this is what I have been looking for, there is 1 change I would like to make and that is to change the drop down back to text field for the subject.

Would it be easy to change that?

Also is there a way to not have everything mandatory?

I don't want the user forced to fill out:
Fax

or have to upload a file

right now both are forced and if they do not then an error is returned "unrecognized format"

Thank you that worked for the Zip and attachment.

Is there anyway to get the subject as a text filed rather than a drop down? I thought I seen a thread on this for the opposite from a while ago but couldn't find it again.

I HAVE 3 QUESTIONS..

THE INDICATIONS SAY:

1 = Configure the response.php

But I dont see were to I ca configure the response.php file..? Wen I open this file I don't see anything to be configured..

What is the response.php file anyways....?
Whe I open, it has some PHP. I sure the php is there for something ( I dont know) waht about the HTML in the same file... It writing in some language that I don't understand and it doesn't show in the browser...It looks like a guest book or something..

i think this form is pretty cool. i have a couple of questions.

the captcha doesn't appear working for me. if you visit the form current location (www.capefox-cm.com/ccform.php) the image doesn't show up.

would it be possible to add the recaptcha from the advanced contact ccform form? it has a recaptchalib file with multiple references within the ccform.php, beyond me i think.

if yes, how can one create the tables for the database
